Long Term Unemployed – Opportunity to create an Intermediate Labour Market

The Scottish Government has provided Dumfries and Galloway with a further investment for an employability focussed intervention for long term unemployed people, to target those who have been unemployed for 12 months or more and are experiencing structural inequalities in the labour market.

On behalf of the Local Employability and Skills Partnership we are required to complete a delivery proposition outlining the potential jobs we intend to provide across Dumfries and Galloway and at least 12 opportunities are expected from the third sector.
